TPO Roof Systems

TPO or Thermoplastic Polyolefin is a thermoplastic single-ply membrane roofing system originally introduced in the 1990s and has grown to be one of the most, if not the most, popular commercial and industrial installations.

EPDM Roof Systems

EPDM or ethylene propylene diene monomer, typically called Rubber Roofing, is a thermoset membrane and requires tapes or glues in the seams and flashing points. EPDM, or rubber roofing, has performed for many decades and has proven to be long-lasting roof system.

PVC Roof Systems

PVC or Polyvinyl Chloride is a thermoplastic single-ply membrane roofing system and has a long history of performance. These systems primarily are chosen where performance characteristics such as chemicals, industrial pollutants, and harsh environments exist.

Mod Bit Roof Systems

Modified Bitumen or Mod Bit for short is produced from a modified asphalt combination. These systems are either SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) which is a rubber modifier designed for elongation and recovery properties or APP (Atactic Polypropylene) with a plastic modifier to provide a tougher better weather-resistant blend.

Built Up Roof Systems

Built Up Roofing Systems, or BUR for short, are multiple-ply fiberglass sheets adhered in hot asphalt adhesive or cold process adhesive and have a long history of durability. The redundancy of the field plies makes the system strong and weather resistant.

Coatings

Many coating systems have hit the market in recent years. Typical versions include Silicone, Acrylic, and various hybrids.

Metal Retrofit Systems

These systems cover existing structural panel assemblies that can no longer remain weather-tight.
