First and foremost, not every roof assembly can be restored or recovered. Testing will be required to determine if the assembly is a candidate for restoration, and the type of restoration possible. Roof restoration can be accomplished by roof coating systems, and roof membrane replacements including EPDM, TPO, and PVC applications. Retro-Fit over structural metal panels is also considered a roof restoration.
